Website enquiries
When you submit our contact form, we save your name, email address, selected service and message so our designated team can review and respond to your enquiry. A notification containing these details is sent to our company inbox. Please avoid confidential information. Email [email protected] to ask about or request deletion of an enquiry you submitted.
Human support conversations
When support is available, the help widget saves your name, email and messages for staff with explicit support access. If nobody accepts, the same conversation is saved for follow-up and a notification is queued to our company inbox. Your email address is not verified by submitting it. Please avoid confidential information.
The widget keeps a credential for this conversation in your browser tab storage so you can reconnect. It grants access only to this conversation and expires after seven days. Your readable ticket reference alone cannot open the transcript. Clearing tab storage or starting a new conversation removes this browser's saved credential. Email [email protected] to request help with your saved request or deletion.
